This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. We keep it in plain language on purpose.

What we collect and why

Contact and discovery call requests. When you submit the contact form or email us, we receive the details you provide: typically your name, email address, company, and the content of your message, including any information about the systems you run. We use this to respond to you, prepare for and follow up on discovery calls, and manage our business relationship. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

Correspondence. If we work together or discuss working together, we keep the email correspondence involved. Legal basis: performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in keeping accurate business records.

Technical data. Our hosting infrastructure keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and reliability. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.

Cookies. This site uses only the cookies needed for it to function. If we introduce optional cookies (for example, analytics), they run only after you accept them through the cookie banner, and you can decline them without losing any functionality.

We do not sell personal data. We do not run advertising trackers. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

Client data is a separate matter

Nexbea’s service involves synchronising business data (orders, customers, products) between our clients’ systems. That data is processed under a written agreement with each client, including data processing terms, and is not covered by this website policy. If you are a customer of one of our clients and have questions about your data, please contact that business directly; we process their data only on their instructions.

We use a small number of service providers to run this website and our business: hosting, email, and scheduling providers. They process data only on our instructions. Where a provider is located outside the European Economic Area, we rely on safeguards recognised under the GDPR, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. We do not share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep data

Contact enquiries that do not lead to a working relationship are deleted within 24 months. Records connected to an actual or potential client relationship are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards for as long as legal, accounting, or contractual obligations require. Server logs are kept for a short rolling period.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw any consent you have given. Write to contact@ibsolutions.dev and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in Latvia this is the Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija), and you may also complain to the authority in your own EU country.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update it here with a new date. Meaningful changes will be noted plainly at the top of the page, not buried.
