That is not our focus, and we will tell you so plainly. Everything involved in running your integration. Changes to synced data are included: tax rules, mappings, values, schedules. Adding a new data type between your connected systems is included too: we map it, verify it with your real data, and take it live. The only thing that adds to the price is connecting another system. It joins your subscription at the per-system price, and if it is not in our catalogue yet, we build the connector first at a flat, fixed price. You always see the price before any work starts. We invoice in euros or US dollars, whichever suits you; the currency is agreed in your proposal and fixed for your term, so exchange rates never change your bill.

We do. During onboarding we connect your systems, map every field between them, and test the result with your real data before anything goes live. The same holds after launch: if a detail was missed or your business changes, tell us and we update the mapping. You never have to touch a mapping screen.

You see it, and you hear about it. The dashboard shows every sync live: logs, run history, and the state of every connection. If a run fails, an email alert lands in your inbox, not just ours, and we respond within one business day. That commitment is written into your agreement, not just this page. When we apply a mapping change or a fix, you get an email report of what changed. And every quarter you receive a statement of everything we did.

You don't have to. Tell your integration manager what changed, and we make the change and verify it before it touches live data, usually within a day and included in your subscription. There is no ticket queue: you talk directly to the person who runs your integration, and you get an email report when the change goes live.
